Dr Edward Tsoi
MBBS MPH FRACP PhD
Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and Endoscopist
Having completed his medical degree from Monash University in 2006, Dr Edward Tsoi undertook his postgraduate specialty training in Gastroenterology and General Medicine at Monash Health, Austin Health and Northern Health in Victoria. He then completed his Master of Public Health from University of Newcastle in 2015 and was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians later that year.
Dr Puneet Mahindra
MBBS FRACP
Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist & Endoscopist
Dr. Puneet Mahindra did his initial training at University Hospital Aintree (Liverpool) and University Hospital Coventry. He then finished his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Box Hill hospital and the Royal Melbourne hospital (FRACP) He further accomplished 2 years of fellowship in advanced endoscopy at St Vincent’s hospital with research on Barrett’s oesophagus and oesophageal cancers.
Dr Manjeet Sandhu
MBBS FRACP PhD
Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and Endoscopist
Dr Manjeet Sandhu graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2009. She underwent her specialist training at St Vincent’s Hospital and Monash Health. Manjeet obtained her FRACP in 2016, and completed her PhD in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Evaluating new therapeutic targets) in 2021.
Dr Antony Jacob

Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and Interventional Endoscopist
Dr Antony Jacob is a consultant gastroenterologist and interventional endoscopist. He currently works as a specialist gastroenterologist at Northern Health and a visiting gastroenterologist at Austin Health and Goulburn Valley Health. Dr Jacob completed his advanced gastroenterology training at the Royal Hobart Hospital, Western Health and Austin Health. Furthermore, he has completed 2 years of fellowship training in Advanced Endoscopy at Austin Health. He is a member of the Gastroenterology Society of Australia (GESA) and Australian Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Association (AGEA).
Dr Andrew Tsoi

Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and Endoscopist
Dr Andrew Tsoi’s extensive academic background underpins his comprehensive approach to medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Griffith University in 2016, followed by a Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) and a Master of Public Health from the University of Sydney. In 2024, he was awarded Fellowships from both the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Australasian College of Legal Medicine. His training includes positions at St Vincent’s Hospital and Northern Health, as well as a Liver Research Fellowship at Eastern Health, where he developed a research focus on fatty liver disease and biomarkers for hepatocellular carcinoma.
